Senior Manager, Engineering & Maintenance - Heinz (Ontario, OR)

Heinz North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering & Maintenance to manage, lead and direct all Maintenance and Engineering team members in plant maintenance, engineering, and capital project activities consistent with ongoing reliability at this site to ensure maximum potential is realized for the entire factory operation. This includes all maintenance reliability functions consisting of departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, electrical, electronics and programming, process, packaging, waste treatment, building and grounds and the maintenance and operation of the boiler and refrigeration systems as well as Engineering work consisting of capital budget management, project identification, development, planning, execution and closure all while ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards.
